Wellness starts with a Good Nights Sleep. One of the most important things you can do for yourself is to get a solid 7-8 hrs of deep sleep every night. Having a ritual every night for sleep will help. Examples would be having soft/relaxing music playing in the bedroom and doing some light reading with a good book. Applying some Lavender oils to your feet or neck. The oils I use are from Young Living.
