Journey Journey...............what is it all about.

 I came across this saying last month on a article I was reading and wanted to share it.
 It brought me some comfort and insight into my world at the present moment.

" We are responsible for Our own Journey    How we choose to handle our indifferences and our ups and downs is our own choosing. "


Some days it is very hard to take responsibility for our own actions.  Is it the Ego thats in our way or our self-esteem that affects our decisions??

Kindness

A co-worker of mine mentioned this book on Facebook.  I was interested in getting it to start out 2018 on a good note.  So glad I did.  This book is simple and very inspirational.  Always open to have more reminders in my life to be grateful and have kindness around us.  This book is simple and something  I think I can read everyday for myself and to share with my family.  Check it out if you think you need something simple to bring into your life and a daily scale.

A Time to Reflect








Almost A New Year.............the last few months have flown by.
Enjoying these last few days left of 2017 and reflecting on them.
This is a great time to do a Review of your Year.  The positives and negatives of what you learned and made you stronger and the events that you may not want to redo over again.

This could be a time of year to Cherish those around you and what you are grateful for,  A time to let go of the disappointments and sorrows and Smudge your house with Sage to let the negative energy burn and move out.

Some days I need a reminder- a pick me up- to keep going and remind myself of who I am, before everything that is in front of me ( kids, husband, job, chores)   

Some days it is easy to loose ourselves- 

Breathe, meditation, grounding, searching, exploring...........will bring us back to what we are here for.
