Full Moon?? Planets not lined up correctly with our sign??
Well, it will be different for everyone. We all have different triggers, breaking points, things that set us off. For some it could be your hormones, situations in your life during that time that could trigger you.
Your temperament, your wiring you have in your brain- chemicals that are lacking in your brain.
Well when we are little, we need to learn how to cope with all types of situations/ events that come into our life. Happy or sad- we need to learn how to breathe and have coping techniques in our pocket. So when these life events come- we know how to deal with them and cope.
Some things that can help that I have done with my kids are slow deep breathing- (they imagine that they are breathing out their frustrations and give it a color). With the breathing it starts to slow down and shifts their energy. They feel empowered as they are releasing their negative energy( frustrations) and it makes a shift in their thinking. They fill up their body with a new happy, comforting color that they are bathed in. Sometimes they will do a bubble that has a color. This was taught to me by a dear friend. Magic bubble. They give it a color and imagine that it is surrounded all around them for protection or to just give them comfort in a time in need.
Essential oils can also help like Lavender or Chamomile. Peace & Calming from Young Living oils too has great blends. Great places to put oils on kids are the bottom of the feet or on their back of their neck.
Bach Rescue remedy spray is also a great one too. I love to use this one when i travel. It is all natural made from flowers essences.
