Letting Go

We are always on a Phase during our life.  Single person phase, dating-getting engaged phase, married phase, having a baby phase.  There is also little kids-toddler phase, parenting teenagers phase- sending your kid off to college phase, Older-grandparents phase.

Where ever you are- Take it in and just Enjoy the phase you are in-  It goes by way too fast.

Depending on what Phase of your life you are on-  that is where you are suppose to be.  Don't wish the time away and not living it.  You will miss those special learning experiences that will make you who you are.

But then when you are ready- Let go of those moments that do not serve you and LET THEM GO !!

Believe in the process.  Trust in yourself.

Detox- Before The Holidays

Feeling sluggish, more fatigued than usual, bloated and poor concentration ??   You might need to do some body cleansing.

My first go-to is Dandelion Root Tea.  I love hot tea especially when the weather is getting cold- it warms me up fast and also feels good in my stomach.  This tea is bitter- but it gets the juices flowing, and stimulates the liver and supports healthy digestion.  Also if you are not wanting to try this tea- just drinking hot water with a little lemon is also good for you liver and digestions system.

*please use this tea with caution- consult a healthcare practitioner-first before doing so- If allergic to plants of the daisy(Asteraceae) family such as echinacea, chamomile or dandelion

Basically, detoxification means cleaning the blood. This is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin. However, when this system is compromised, impurities aren't properly filtered and every cell in the body is adversely affected.

 More Helpful ideas-

Incorporating more water into your diet- replacing coffee with some Green Teas in the morning- Green teas offers important antioxidants that our bodies need.

Sweating it out- getting a good workout in- then a nice hot shower after using some yummy body scrub.

Getting more sleep- i know i know- this one can be very hard for some-

Massage or Energy Balancing work- with a Hot bath of Epsom salts after will also help with the bodies process of getting rid of unwanted toxins out of the body.

Try Yoga or some type of new Meditation-     Yoga can be one of the most helpful types of exercise out there when it comes to the body’s natural ability to cleanse and get rid of toxins that have built up over time. Getting rid of stress as you work thru the movements/positions and the deep breathing will help facilitate with cleansing the body.

Learn to eat more Superfoods- they contain important nutrients and antioxidants. These guys help fight off infections and fight off harmful toxins in the body.

Another great site I found about Superfoods http://bembu.com/66-super-foods

Relax & Uplift

Needing some time alone to regroup and renew yourself??   This is a great essential oil combination to use on your body.   With the busy Holiday season coming- don't forget to take time for yourself.
You can apply to your feet, neck or wrist area.  Also can be used with a diffuser in your home.
Sit back then with some relaxing music and warm tea- and give your body some TLC.
